SUN & MOON HOTELS is owned by a Cambodian family with an international focus. This means we are committed to creating personalized experiences that cater to your individual needs, whether you’re looking for a home away from home, an innovative working space or to host a truly memorable event. Founded by Oknha Dr Chear Ratana and his family, the group is recrafting the urban hotel experience in the vibrant Asian hub of Phnom Penh.

SUN & MOON HOTELS is currently building its second hotel property after the successful operating SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel that opened in December 2015.

SUN & MOON HOTELS operates in a city where the number of hotel will be increasing. The trend towards upscale hotels has led to an increase in the average room rate and this trend shall continue over the forecast period after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our innovative design is based on FENG SHUI and Italian mathematician Fibonacci’s inspired Golden Ratio 1.68.

SUN & MOON, Riverside Hotel pays attention to the fine details and we have meticulously designed our spaces to enhance every moment of your experience. Throughout the property, we blend warm and cold, and hard and soft elements to create warm and welcoming spaces, with a strong focus on natural features.

At SUN & MOON, we strongly believe in giving back to communities, and Cambodia’s excellent craftmanship can be found throughout the hotel in elements designed by Khmer artisans using natural, locally-sourced materials. The hotel comes with 150 parking spaces to cater to largescale events. And our riverside location means you have direct access to embark on a cruise or other waterborne activities. Our innovative public spaces also feature large LED displays for advertising.
